What can you do on colfaxpace.org?
1. Set up a new sales form to sell tickets for events / raffles / marquee / etc.
2. Setup donation forms
3. Create volunteer signups
4. Request static webpage changes
5. Setup Fundraising campaigns (turkey trot for example)
How do I make a request?
1. Start early! If you need a new sales form setup, aim to get the request in a week in advance. That will give the tech team plenty of time to set up your page. It also allows time for review and tweaks to make sure everything is working and correct.
2. Gather all the necessary info. There can be quite a lot of details; from images and blurbs to start and end dates. Here are a few examples to help you out!
- Sales Form - You should include:
- a general image for the event
- a blurb about the event
- prices for each product being sold
- pictures (if desired) and wording for each product being sold
- any special restrictions on who can view the form
- start and end dates for when the form will be available
- wording for the email that gets sent upon purchase and any cc list for that email
- Most Sales Forms also need a homepage entry to promote them; see Website Homepage below
- Donation Form
- essentially the same as sales forms except the "price" is not a fixed amount. They need similar info to the sales forms above.
- also include what category the funds should go in
- Website Homepage - You should include:
- an image
- a blurb
- start and end dates for the content
- Sponsorship Updates - Please send:
- web ready completed .png or .jpg links or files
- sponsor level
- sponsor url
- Volunteer Signups
- detailed description of each volunteer slot available
- how many volunteers per job
- wording for the email that gets sent upon signup and any cc list for that email
- do the volunteers need to be lausd processed?
